When they finally called my name to sit in this room the nurse turned around and walked away and rhe door almost closed before I could make it to the door. U better sit close to the door and run if u want to make it when they finally call u up! While they do cost more than my previous vet and I do wait longer, I do like how much more thorough they are, I've had a few emergencies and they have been quick to accept my boy.
