Most recently, I injured my ankle lead climbing in a rock gym and took the brunt of my fall's impact through my left foot/ankle. I will share that energy was released (not sure of the right word, here) with one of the needles - as soon as he inserted it, a sharp, fast pain literally shot from the point of insertion across the top of my foot and out my second toe...
