She only agreed because I told her I wasn't going to leave, I was in that much pain that I honestly couldn't get up. She acted like she did me a huge favour... But this is your duty as a physician. I'm a medical student myself, and it's our job to care for people who need urgent care, even if it makes you 5 minutes late to go home.
