Dr. Pelini gives a very thorough eye exam and is very attentive to detail. She listens when I voice my concerns and is very helpful with suggestions. She is willing to take as much time as needed to make sure that I have the contacts or glasses that are right for me. Yes, sometimes there are multiple people being helped at once but she seems to have a great rotation system in place where she can see one person while another patient is occupied trying on glasses or waiting for his or her eyes to dilate.
