When I asked for my contacts prescription (which is different and used to come on a different triplicate form) they said no, they will be just adjusting my contact prescription there as I buy them and they won't give it to me because it varies from lens to lens blah blah blah. As a 95% contact lens wearer this is unacceptable to me. I paid for their service, and I believe I am entitled to my prescription so I can be free to buy my lenses anywhere. I will be looking into the law and ethics of them refusing this to me. I am not willing to burn this bridge just yet, but they are pushing me in that direction! I don't care a smidgen that they lose business to online retailers, that's where I WILL go and this is just reinforcing why I won't pay for their overpriced sub par selection.
