This is my first 1 star review ever on Yelp. This place is crap. I went to get a TB shot and was told it would take long because I don't need to see the doc. Well, I sat there and watched everyone who came after me go in first so when I asked they said, oh, let me check, looked on the list, called to the back and then brought me in only after I asked. Then I had to come for them to check the spot. So when I got there, I asked if the wait was long, they said no, as they had no other patients. So I sat there and waited a good amount of time and then asked about the wait time again. Then she said, did they look at your arm? I said no, I haven't seen anyone. So then I looked at the list and my name was already crossed off. Wtf?! Twice in a row within 48 hours. What kind is crappy place is this? I'm glad it wasn't urgent cause I'd probably be dead in their waiting room and they wouldn't even know it. And so I pick them up, and find that what they ordered for me were the Acuvue Oasys lenses that were NOT the ones for Astigmatism that I've been wearing for years. So that's why they weren't fitting right on me! So I took them back to get them exchanged. This is when I'm told, Oh, well those are a lot more expensive! How much more? Double! They want $85/box for contacts that I just ordered off the web for $25/box! So of course, I said to just return the WRONG contacts that they ordered for me back and revert whatever charges they've filed with the insurance company. That's fine, says the rude assistant. But you'll have to pay $50 for the fitting. So now it's $50?? So I said to send me the bill, and that's when she tells me that they don't do that. Uhh, shady??? So I said I'm not going to pay then, and then she curtly replies that I won't get my prescription then. At which point I said I don't want it, since they can't get it right anyway! And she says fine. And hangs up. The staff was very kind, and accommodating. They turned on cartoons for her 5 year old, and helped us fill out the paperwork.
