So I had to order a walker rollator and I thought I would take a chance on Lincare. They arrived last Friday at my door unannounced with a walker that was meant for a 90 lb lightweight grandma and here I am over 300 lbs. Had to refuse delivery. They show up again today on Monday AGAIN with no phone call ahead of time telling me they were coming. I was sound asleep and woke up with pounding on my door. I don't answer the door for people I don't know so I just laid there listening to it. 30 min later unable to get back to sleep I got to check the phone to see what the heck is going on and sure enough its Lincare again. I refuse to answer the door until I hear from someone at Lincare telling me they are coming. Driver was out there a whole hour while I waited to get verbal confirmation of his expected delivery. I finally talked to the person handling my order her name was Melanie. I asked why no phone call ahead of time. She insisted that someone talked to me this morning essentially calling me a LIAR.
