In patients with natalizumab treatment exceeding 24 months, prior use of immunosuppressant drugs, and positive serum anti-JCV Ab testing, the risk for PML is estimated to be as high as 1:48. In this context, careful risk stratification prior to treatment initiation is recommended, which enables more informed clinical decision-making with regard to natalizumab use. It remains unknown whether PML can be effectively treated in natalizumab-related MS patients, though attempts to remove natalizumab from the blood (i.e., through plasmapheresis or leukopheresis) likely accelerates immune reconstitution and is recommended in patients with natalizumab-related PML. Infiniti clinic does a lot of shady stuff and while they are a good choice as a last resort they will never be my go to place on a regular basis. Simcoe place clinic is a hidden gem and I hope it stays that way although they have been getting busier and busier. The staff are wonderful, facilities really nice and they go above and beyond. It looks more like a spa than a clinic. They really encourage proactive health and are not just about pill popping and reactive treatments. Their RMTs are amaZing. Emkiro clinic is also a good option although it looks very clinical. They had very good doctors and chiros until recently when I think several of their doctors left and opened up their own clinic just a block away. I don't even know how legally they can do that. Simcoe place clinic is prompt and they have so many services under one roof. Best part is they will DIRECT BILL for most services which for me is huge. It allows me to utilize my benefits well. Would totally recommend them. One co-payment per month to see the nurse practitioner, regardless of the number of visits within that month to regulate medication

I asked if they checked urine and she said no but they can do that in ER. I went to ER and told them what urgent care dr said. They said that his symptoms were no where near what she had told me she thought he had and tested his urine. Sure enough, he had a simple UTI. I'm not sure if Exer dr just wanted to get rid of us since it was near end of day on a Sunday or what but it was a complete waste of my time, money and more importantly she caused my son unnecessary pain for something that could have been easily diagnosed by a first year resident with a simple urine test.
