I wanted to express my appreciation about David's help with my Cal Spa. I was experiencing a problem with run-on filter pump and heater. I purchased a replacement board. After installing the new board the pump and heater returned to normal operation, but I lost the high pump function of the jets and air. I e-mailed and received the response from David within the same day. Yesterday I had taken off work and phoned David. He walked me through a couple diagnostic steps and then asked if I had positioned the white wires on the new board the same as the old board. I mentioned no because there was no instructions pointing that out. Once the wires were positioned, everything is back to normal. I am a Tech. Svc. manager for a safe company in California and am very aware of customer service importance. David was courteous, congenial, and right to the point of how to resolve the issue.
