If you're looking for a clean, hygienic place with a friendly staff, this is not the right place for you. I went in today for the first time, it's a small place with maybe 5 chairs and one receptionist. The receptionist is the rudest, most tempered and unprofessional receptionist I've ever seen in my life! She was not friendly AT ALL when I walked in, rudely asked for my care card, and would answer my questions with a Mmm-hmm. When it was my turn to see the doctor, she yells my name as if she's annoyed with me.. and as she's showing me the room, which is right where the waiting area is, she loudly asks WHY I'm there too see the doctor.. thank goodness it wasn't an embarrassing issue and it was just a cold, but WHO ASKS THAT?? And WHY SO LOUD? When I said I had a cold, she What?? So now I had to repeat myself again while everyone in the waiting area is looking at me... so uncomfortable..! Then she literally throws the little clipboard in the doctors clipboard holder and walks off.. Doesn't even clean the room or get the bed set up with a new paper sheet. My mind was blown.
