For the B12 shots no one knew what cc to inject in people or any type of information from a doctor on the injections we were just told by Patty that we were to lie saying that we worked for their urgent care and that the injections are for energy only. When we started actually started giving injections I asked another lady if I was able to get coffee when I saw her eating a donut and drinking coffee and she said to wait until they were setting up which I had no problem but as I was about to get coffee later she informed me it was for employees only. When it came to lunch time she informed us that the lunch is for employees only and that out of courtesy they would let us eat but we had to wait to eat until all employees were finished and whatever was left over we could eat I got upset and made a comment saying so basically scraps and Patty looked at me and just walked away. Well as we were getting close to the last f of needles we informed patty and SHE WAS LIKE CAN YOU GUYS REUSE THE NEEDLES SINCE WE HAVE NO MORE? ,, and we said absolutely NOT that's not sanitary at all and a huge safety and health hazard and she looked at us mad because we couldn't do anything about it. When I informed her about the hours we received in an email she told me well I don't know who the fuck sent you those hours but that's all fucking wrong you guys are supposed to be here until 2pm and Thursday until 3:30pm and informed her well we weren't informed on that and it makes it hard because of the obligations all of us had after we volunteered and she told me well one or two need to stay with me and I said no they carpooled with me so they need to come back with me and she told me well im leaving at 1:30-2pm if you guys wanna roll with me that's fine if not you need to figure out how to get back and I said its fine ill get us a uber and get back to the car and she said well were not compensating on that uber and I said its fine I don't want it back. Both ladies were so rude and unprofessional both with bad attitudes and not informing us on any type of information on the urgent care or on the injections or on anything to be honest. So after contacting my dermatoligist and taking benadryl a week 1/2 later my skin is finally back to normal, However this incident did get me thinking I did some research on the internet and discovered that the hydroquinone product is a skin lightening product , no offense but i LOVE the skin im in , and have no intentions of changing it anytime soon This upsets me even further especially to know that i could have possibly been put in danger NEVER again skin essence will i ever go back to your spa or purchase any products , i will stick to dermalogica products and of course clerasil lol, hey its done wonders for me this long !
