I had previously written a bad review, but it was after something that I had overreacted about that wouldn't have normally bothered me as much during a stressful time. However, I've cooled off since then and am still a loyal customer. I don't trust my eyebrows to anyone else. My only complaint is that the wait can be long at times, but that's only because they are so good at their job that everyone comes here. I do recommend this place and have recommended this place to all my friends. My only suggestion is to try to come during the week so you won't have to wait as long. This is an exceptionally clean and nice urgent care office, and each time I've been, the wait hasn't been bad, and the front desk and nursing staff are mostly relatively pleasant. As other people have mentioned, you have to be SUPER vigilant and watch out for your billing - which is a little stressful! I found out that my insurance was not submitted for an appointment after receiving a pretty hefty bill for an x-ray. Luckily the lady at the front desk the next time I went in took steps to try to rectify the situation. My only real complaint about this place is that dealing with insurance seems to be a headache since they're not a regular GP office. Which seems like a near impossibility to find!
