Pain Management: I am one of the many legitimate pain management patients. On top of this I have compression of L2 and L3 in my lumbar spine. Surgery has been recommended yet I have had a sextuplet (6) bypass in 2002. I am a high risk for surgery, I only pray I don't fall and break my hip. I go to a legitimate pain management clinic and have all the correct documentation, MRI and CAT Scan, I am monitored and monthly urine screens are done. This is how a cliic is to be operated, legal and with a common goal, pain management. The major problem lies with physicians who want a little extra side cash, just like the physician who attended MJ. See the difference? Being on medicare and having a HMO my primary physician and referral physicians are not making money on me, they are doing what they are here for, again pain management.
