Interestingly enough, my friend saw her a half an hour later and she did the same thing AFTER being handed a typewritten list. The mistakes she made were extremely serious as one was a benzo and another a drug that she listed as Ibuprofen! Shear stupidity or laziness..not sure. Regardless, I called the center the next morning and left a message informing them and asking for a call back. Nothing.
