Today's visit to get the stitches out was another story. Remembering that the Urgent Care had Saturday hours, I called their phone. The recording identified it as Diversey Urgent Care and did not tell the hours it was open. I drove up around 9 a.m., to find they opened at noon. At 11:45, I went back. There were two other patients in the waiting room, one with some illness and the other needing stitches for a (minor) head wound. The doctor did not show up, and when the nurse called him his phone went to voicemail. He rolled in around 1:30, and then did a good job taking my stitches out. Horrible. Dr. Senno is unprofessional and barely listened to me when I described my injuries. He prescribed me a medication I was unable to take as it interacts with another medication I prescribed, which I told him about. I'm glad I checked with my regular physician before taking it, or else things could've been very bad. I called the next day to discuss other options and couldn't even get anyone to pick up, and when I finally did, they were unable to get in touch with the doctor. Finally heard from him 48 hours later, and he demanded I come in again before correcting the mistake he made with the prescription, which was impossible as I was very injured and had no one to drive me to the clinic. A complete nightmare, I would sew myself up with a rusty needle before returning here. They claim to be first come first serve, but that was hardly the case today.
