We believe we offer excellent service and hope that customers come in because they expect this level of service from us. We get rushes of patients the same way a restaurant gets rushes of customers. When it gets busy we move more quickly in order to shorten the wait time for those in the lobby. The last thing we want is to pack the lobby.
